Join us for the seminar given by Dr. Aaron Lanterman, “50 Years of Music Synthesis.”
Abstract: “From the modular beasts by Buchla and Moog in the 60s, to the analog polyphonic synthesizers of the 70s, to the digital samplers of the 80s, and back, we will explore the frontiers where clever circuitry and sonic artistry meet, including a live demonstration of a modular synthesizer. It might get loud.”
